 Hi, i’m Jay. from in Lavallette. I have been watching the market in town for a year or so. I have noticed that your company has many of the listings on the water or ocean. When i searched lavallette and waterfront in yahoo, you came up, and i have been watching your site for last month. I check for new listings in lavalette everyday to see what my home is worth. You seem to sell alot of homes in town cause they go unavailable fast after they were put up for sale. I would like to have my son and his new wife and child buy a home in lavalette. They are not able to buy a million dollar home or anything but i found your virtual tour for the condominimums on pennsylvania ave. The front unit was perfect for them. The virtual tour you have is excellent. We all sat down and looked at the floorplan and many images. They come over every weekend to look for homes on the internet, and i am pushing them to move into the area. It seems as though most of the homes i find for them are your listings. So i just wanted to thank you for presenting such nice examples of your homes for us to look at. When they are ready and decide on a home, maybe it will be your home. They’re friend is helping them from weichert realtors, but he also had nice things to say about your company and virtual tours.
